A few years ago, I hit breaking point my body was screaming at me to slow down, but I didn’t know how. I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and stuck in survival mode. No one could give me answers, so I went looking for my own.
Now, as a Holistic Counsellor and Coach, I help other women do the same step out of burnout, reconnect with their bodies, and feel like themselves again (or maybe for the first time ever).
Because healing doesn’t have to mean pushing through.
It starts with listening to what your body’s been trying to say all along.
